I enjoy the personal, honest touch and Therese is so professional, with such a fountain of knowledge, she knows how to properly fit a bra to suit the individual. Such a gem and local too. Highly recommended. Thank you Therese.
PS. I noticed that someone gave a review commenting on the cost of $25 for a fitting. I have to say that Therese never charged me as I intended to buy bras from her, but even if I had not ended up purchasing, I feel this would be a reasonable price for her expertise. After all, most professions have certain fixed/call out fees, to cover costs and I think its only fair to pay for a service, and keep our sole traders in business. - Liz Lovemore Added January 25, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunatly i will never return to this shop .dropped in for just a look and maybe some advise ,and was tricked ,there is no other word for it .
I dont care about the money , but to not advise potential customers of your (new due to covid ?) Charges . Very deseptive behaviour . Sadly could not recommend . Left with no advise, the wrong size offered .and 25 dollars poorer , and no bra - Heather Gregory Added January 20, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I thought I would do the right thing and support local merchants/ small business owners, especially during these times. Unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor, I was made to feel like an inconvenience because I wanted to try on 2 bras to ensure correct fit. Even then I ended up with an uncomfortable poorly fitting bra. Back to major chain stores for me in future.
