Original review still posted above. First experience was optimistic and gave Cleveland Nissan 5 stars. However, waited a week for sale person to get back to me, and I rang for them to tell me that they were not interested in making a deal..
Guess these people try to put a front of being helpful, only if it is in the interest for them. Moved rating back to 1 star for lack of service.
