  Staff had to make 3 attempts to reshedule my Brain MRI, staff named the clinic "BAYSIDE QUEENSLAND XRAY" when they are actuallty in cleveland ( bayside is a huge area) staff on the phone said that they wont be giving me a lesson in geography ( degrading my intelligence). If staff cannot effiecently schedule patients for appointments then how are elderly and injured patients able to do so?. Then the second staff member apprantley the manager answered the phone and said ( are you booking a MRI for your Brain) and emphiysised the word "BRAIN", insuating theres something wrong with my brain ( degrading me a second time) i wouldnt be resheduling my appointment if staff didnt forget to ask me to take my metal earings out the first appointment and dissmissing my safety concerns, causing me more stress then to have a panic attack inside the MRI machine then i wouldnt have to Reshedule my appointment. In the first place.

  Visited for a knee x-ray. Was seen straight away without an appointment. Staff very courteous and friendly. My local centre and happy to recommend it to others.

  Service is excellent, short waiting time, or"on time", thorough scans. Very considerate of patients comfort.
