The process includes three appointments and by the third session, I noticed a significant difference in my mental health and personal growth and even family and friends have seen the difference. People go to see phsycologists for years and spend thousands trying to gain better mental health and this journey only took two weeks.
I've found I have more energy, more determination to achieve my goals and feeling very optimistic about the future. I would recommend Helen to anyone who is suffering moderate to severe depression, anxiety and/or stress. She's brilliant!
