They go above and beyond to help customers and get not only the best pricing for insurance but the best cover as well which is extremely important. They are professional and punctual and return every enquiry promptly plus very friendly and understanding (not like some cold uninterested brokers out there) I actually changed over from another larger company and couldn't be more happy that Gemini are now looking out for us.
We run amusements and are constantly adding new products which can be a pain but with Gemini insurance brokers they make the adjustments so easy. Highly recommended and if I could give a higher rating I would. Thanks Kate for everything. ????
