I'd used a shop bought colour box that did not go as planes and not only was Nicki calm from the start, but she listened to what I wanted and did a great job of getting me there... even with the colour mess she had to fix initially. I'm now a loyal Bojay customer. Thank you Nicki for making me look human again!! :)

The hair cut was reasonably good here and the hairdresser I had was nice and friendly.
BUT I didn't appreciate being quoted a significantly cheaper price for a full head of foils, to only be charged almost 100 dollars more than what was told to me when booking. I'd like to know what they did turn make the cost much larger - and next time don't just go ahead and do extra. I't cavy have just been the extra product at the end.
Next time I will ask for a quote again when they tell me what they will be doing to my hair.
That being said, even just for a normal haircut it is quite expensive here, almost as expensive as some of the places in the city. I chose this one as to support my local hairdressers down the road and hopefully have it cheaper than the city, which it wasn't.
