Guy at counter was friendly and super helpful and they had a great selection of Vegan Nori Rolls.
They have little stickers on each roll to let you know which ones are Vegan and which ones are GF.

The two pieces of sushi I had were cold, which I can live with. But not when it’s pairs with hard rice that tasted like it was 2 days old.
Please also be aware that it’s a Chinese owned Japanese themed restaurant. The sushi chef or staff aren’t Japanese.
